We are looking for an experienced business leader to join our CRS Advisory practice to lead our go to market and team and build activities for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be a management leader driving the following activities:

  • Lead Cyber practice's go-to-market and presales efforts, including collaboration with other practice areas
  • Responsible for Cyber practice's sales (order booking), revenue and margin targets
  • Align with Wipro regional and vertical leaders to position Cyber Defense solutions at our current and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with our regional based Wipro and Cyber Defense channel partners (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft, Fortinet, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Crowdstrike, Armis, Qualys, etc.), including the alliance, pre-sales and sales teams
  • Manage overall delivery of engagements in coordination with your Cyber Defense practice's delivery lead, focused on quality and client management, as well as identification of cross-sell/upsell opportunities

This individual will have experience selling and delivering projects in the Cyber domain, as well as leveraging resources from a local and global delivery pool. The types of Cyber solutions will include Security Incident and Analytics (e.g., Security Incident Response, Security Orchestration & Response, Threat Intelligence), to Attack Surface Management (e.g., CNAPP, vulnerability scanning and management), to Operational Technology (OT) Management (e.g., OT Asset Management discovery, OT vulnerability response detection and triage).

Required Qualifications:

  • A proven business leader with at least of 10 years of consulting, or relevant domain experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security incident response and vulnerability management ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Defense solutions, including experience with overseeing strategy, design, implementation and run state (managed services) projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of the Cyber Defense technology stack, related operations and best practices

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $175,000 to $200,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
