Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

Must have skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- At least 2-3 years of relevant BA experience in requirement gathering, process mapping using BPMN modelers
- Should have experience working as business Analysist in managing projects in F&A domain- PTP, O2C, RTR
- Good knowledge and experience of process mapping tools like Visio, BPMN 2.0 Modeler like Signavio or Camunda Modeler
- Knowledge and experience in architecting integrated solutions in combination of BPMN, RPA, AI/ML
- Understanding the business processes and calculating the benefits of automating the process
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and business functions to gather requirements for setting up the BPMN workflow
- Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
- Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, use cases, and scenarios
- Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
- Work closely with client partners to identify process improvement opportunities
- Client interactions for business clarifications and sign-off
- Customer walkthrough of business process and daily status reporting
- Create test cases for testing environment, and client
- Certifications or demonstrable knowledge of: BPM/Lean/Six Sigma/Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is an added advantage
