Labcorp is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Payroll Time Analyst to execute all aspects of our Time function. The Payroll Time Analyst will be responsible for all Time administration tasks for the Payroll Time Team, including weekly review of missing Time and ensuring all records are processed as expected. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively and autonomously.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Level II support for all escalated tickets relating to Time entry and submission.
- Responsible for running reports to provide analysis needed for the business to support compliance for Reporting Time Worked by Non-Exempt population.
- Testing and reviewing updates, fixes, and other general support required.
- Assist with Shift Differential setups or new requests for implementation.
- Acts as a technical expert on specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of detailed information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals.
- Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.
- Designs process improvements, systems developments or the implementation of best practice within area of expertise.
- May be involved in supporting management in the completion of processes within area of expertise.
- Develops and maintains expert knowledge in relevant Labcorp principles, processes, tools and best practices; current and forthcoming external requirements (can include Country/US/EMEA regulations) and current/emerging market trends and practices within area of expertise.
- Develops, recommends and executes tools and processes to assist in the achievement of goals within area of expertise. Applies diverse but structured tools to achieve results or develop new or enhanced services.
- Develops and delivers training for internal customers or vendors within area of expertise as appropriate.
- Supports and drives regional/divisional initiatives and projects within functional remit in order to deliver planned results within time and budget within functional remit.
- Communicates project progress to senior management up to executive director level using adequate tools.
- Ensures on-going compliance with defined Labcorp processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements. May include review of policies or standards to ensure compliance or design of new policies/ standards if appropriate. May complete department level audit and notifies management of any noncompliance issues as they arise.
- Builds and develops effective relationships with key stakeholders, including externally, in order to influence optimal business decisions. May act as local point of contact for corporate level or represent the company in external organizations.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Time compliance within a country.
- Advanced Time administration and implementation experience, preferably Global.
- Workday and ADP experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced analytical and reporting knowledge.
- Payroll SOX controls knowledge.
- Payroll experience preferred.
- Automation and RPA experience a plus.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree is required

Pay Range: $65-85k annual salary
