Job Title
Data Migration Compliance Officer

Key areas of responsibilities

Monitoring and Control

• Collaborate on data migration & related tools training needs
  
• Provide guidance on assessment of Q&R & Non-Q&R relevance, ETL approach
  
• Collaborate and identify the Sampling approach and criteria to be adapted for projects with business justification as appropriate
  
• Review data migration Q&R deliverables (DMS, DRS, DQP & DQR) for completeness and correctness as per the process
  
• Define and execute Manual validation approach wherever applicable.
  
• Validate all the comparison reports post data migration during Dress Rehearsal and Production loads

• Ensure IT Compliance Risks proper disclosure to IT Management, audit committee and relevant partners.
  

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in information systems, or business administration
• With 5 years' experience involved in Compliancy functions
• Having hands on experience on Data migration activities, industry best practices and strategies
• Preferably understanding IT Software validation processes and best practices
• Experience in process design activities and the ability to align the (conflicting) demands of multiple stakeholders
• A proven ability of deploying new ways of working in a global organization
• Global cultural awareness and ability to communicate on all levels in our organization with various stakeholders is required
• Good eye for detail and adhere with project commitments
• Proficiency in performing Compliance, business impact, control and risk assessments, and defining mitigation strategies
