Network Engineer- Manager
Essential Skills-
- Need to have strong knowledge and handson experience on WiFi implementation and issue management, Engineering Routing/Switching, CCNA certified, ability to troubleshoot during TTU and make config changes
- Excellent communication skills. Candidate needs to be able to articulate properly
- configuring the 9300 switches
- Good knowledge of Cisco Meraki devices experience and network knowledge in managing LAN/WAN
- Knowledge of telecoms, data and transport networks
- 2 year experience in telecommunications discipline
- Basic Knowledge of Network Managements Systems
- Network skills LAN knowledge
- Troubleshooting Experience

Responsibilities -
Need strong engineering background, work with DTAC, help desk troubleshooting environment, able to look at configurations and isolate trouble, make changes, understand Cisco specs, IP addressing on servers, Active involvement on the Test and Turn-ups/troubleshooting, multiple TTUs per day and also evenings, work with DTAC tech with config from LE, once base config is on, move it where it needs to go, work on load sharing w/Cisco WLCs, search were the old one was, which controller, configuring the 9300 switches, running FlexConnect, get into the port, rip and dip, config off switch/default/re-do, Each TTU is 3-4 hours, Needs to know wireless, TTUs start at 9am EST, go all day, sometimes after hours, Need CCNA CCSP, CIP knowledge, This role also serves as the primary back-up person for our LCM resource/Ops Manager troubleshooting and escalating Service Assurance Troubles.
MRS/MLAN routing/switching wireless,manage the 2 data centers, manage firewalls, ABW work from home remote call center works on Meraki wireless platform
