• Review task order requests from the Government and develop questions/feedback to refine the Statement of Objectives.
• Provide inputs to the Basis of Estimates for task order support.
• Establish standard procedures and processes to be followed by the entire team to ensure complete, accurate, reliable, and certifiably auditable data is collected.
• Lead your team in creating and maintaining software, hardware, and documentation configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.).
• Engineer solutions that provide secure, effective, and efficient operation of systems, architecture, and topology for tools and data.
• Analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach to provide solutions.
• Organize the means to achieve solutions to highly complex technical problems.
• Significant collaboration and coordination with external customers, management, subcontractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Comply with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) governance and use MBSE tools.
• Comply with Cybersecurity requirements within the DoDI 8500.01 and DON 5239.
• Mentor and review the work of team members.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
• Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 3+ years of prior relevant experience. Generally has 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and posses an active Secret Clearance to start the program.
• Hands-on experience in working with DoD networks.
• Ability to multi-task, self-assign work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to lead and work in a matrix organization and communicate effectively with peers, subordinates, and program leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team, including the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership.
• Experience working in large information technology enterprise environments.
• Positive can-do attitude with success leading diverse teams under tight timelines.
• Travel may be required.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
• Experience working on DoD programs, specifically Marine Corps IT programs
• USMC Networking engineering experience
• Experience with network, security, infrastructure architecture activities and tasks on a large government IT Infrastructure project with 24x7 mission support requirements; Software Defined Networking, Network Design and Development; Data Center Services; Site to Site / Remote Access Virtual Private Network (VPN) Services; Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) Services; Network Backbone Services; Local Area Network (LAN); Wide Area Network (WAN) Services; Voice over IP (VoIP); Wireless Networks; Cloud Network Services; Firewall; Web Filtering; Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS); Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS); Network Access Control (NAC);Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate Management; Traffic/Infrastructure Monitoring; System Accreditation and Authorization
• Experience developing SE artifacts in multiple systems development paradigms and methodologies
• Certifications:
-Security+.
-ITIL.

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
