B3 - Lead Analyst
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Manage daily BAU without any issues
2. Provide targets to the team and ensure monthly targets are met
3. Ensure team adheres to all SLA's and KPI's agreed with the client are met
4. Act as reviewer and ensure there are no inaccuracies in any of the reports being published.
5. Must be proactive and ensure the delivery timelines are met without any delay without reminders.
6. Identify talent and groom them for the next level.
7. Identify areas of improvement in the process and create plan to ensure all the grey areas are addressed.
8. Identify training requirement of the individual and nominate them for those courses.
9. Ensure there are no escalation from the client or the brokers.

10. Must be willing to work in any shift
11. Should support the team and the business requirement during emergencies falling on holidays
12. Must support projects initiated by the Client or Wipro
13. Zero tolerance on security incidents. Educate the team about all possible security incidents that can happen and how to prevent them.
14. Manage mailboxes and ensure that there are no emails unattended to by anyone in the team
15. Timeline and deadlines agreed with internal and external stakeholders must be honored all times without any deviations
16. Team must be calibrated for the process knowledge on a monthly/quarterly basis.
17. Team must be cross trained on all the activities manages under your span.
18. Support changes initiated by Client or Wipro
19. Ensure all changes are agreed and documented with efforts requirement
20. Ensure team adheres to the process SOP's at all circumstances
21. Attend daily calls with customer and explain the status/ progress of deliverables
22. Must be able to manage BAU and other deliverables when under pressure
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Should be proficient in MS Excel(Advanced Skills)
• Should have knowledge on MS PowerPoint, Acrobat.
• Proficient in Data analysis MI Reports, Data Gathering and Collation, Data Analysis, Attention to detail and be able to spot any Data quality issue
• Should be able to work across departments
• Must be willing to work from office on all 5 days in a week
• Must be flexible to work in different shifts, as per process requirement
• Should possess excellent Communication skills
• Good team player
• Should possess good psychometric, analytical, and reasoning skills
