  • Reporting : Grafana
  • Database : Prometheus and PROMQL
  • Will to learn any new tool as per the customer need

Datadog, ServiceNow ITOM, SCOM MI, BigFix, Azure Monitoring

Experience: 10 ? 15 + Year Experience

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Experience on SERVICE NOW ITOM Migration and perform Rollup Updates for SERVICE NOW ITOM Environment single handedly.
  • Have knowledge on Management Packs and able to edit MP's with the Authoring console as per requirement
  • Have knowledge on SERVICE NOW ITOM Rules & Monitors and create as per Custom requirement.
  • Have knowledge on SERVICE NOW ITOM SQL queries to check performance/Database/Datawarehouse related issues.
  • Have knowledge on Network Device, Linux server, URL, Service, Log file, File size, Event monitoring.
  • Able to write custom scripts in PowerShell and VB script.
  • Have knowledge on SERVICE NOW ITOM Reporting and create custom reports with Report builder.
  • Experience on SCOM Migration and perform Rollup Updates for SCOM Environment single handedly.
  • Have knowledge on Management Packs and able to edit MP's with the Authoring console as per requirement
  • Have knowledge on SCOM Rules & Monitors and create as per Custom requirement.
  • Have knowledge on SCOM SQL queries to check performance/Database/Datawarehouse related issues.

  • Able to manage Team and fix issue in case of any major production issues.
  • BigFix ,ITM ,Truesight infrastructure component install, upgrade and maintenance
  • Creating and developing Monitoring Setup in Azure need to perform END - END activity
  • Migration from Truesight to ServiceNow ITOM and maintenance
  • Creating Dashboard ,Maintenance and creating query as per the customer requirement and strong knowledge in Grafana
  • Sound know in Creating and updating of Python ,Perl and PowerShell scripts
  • 14)Training field staff in monitoring and evaluation processes and providing ongoing coaching
  • Strong experience with Truesight Operations Management and Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Solaris Oracle, MQ, WebSphere and other components as per requirement
  • Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux and Windows Operating System
  • Experience in setting up Grafana and building Grafana dashboards
  • Knowledge of different variants of Grafana(OSS, Cloud, Enterprise) and the features of each.
  • Knowledge of different community and enterprise plugins and knowledge of usage scenarios
  • Ability to write custom plugins.
  • Experience in setting up and scaling Grafana on VMs/Kubernetes for production.
  • Experience in designing and building monitoring dashboards for IT and Business KPIs
  • Must have experience in Creating Grafana Dashboard
  • Experience in bringing data from various systems into Grafana dashboards.
  • Experience in setting up users, roles and access control for dashboards and panels.
  • Good overall knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture and Components
  • Experience working in client facing Implementation and Support assignments.
  • Readiness to work in Shifts,
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day procedural support.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • BigFix Architect -In charge of the infrastructure of BigFix, including servers, relays, SQL, and networking. Also in control of the updating of the BES software infrastructure. Very strong understanding of BES architecture requirements.
