ROLE SUMMARY
The Lab45 Airline Senior Business Analyst role involves leading strategic execution, managing change, and building client relationships to acheive results. Responsibilities include understanding customer domains, documenting business requirements, translating them into technical stories, and suggesting operational improvements in a cross-functional enviroment.

RESPONSIBILTIIES AND DUTIES
- Ability to drive & lead the strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams & achieve results
- Specific responsibilities include understanding the customer domain & business model, understanding business requirements and structured documentation of the same, translating business requirements into understandable technical stories, working with user experience, design & technical team to translate requirements to workable, functional, tangible solutions as expected by the customer
- Ability to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective plans & solutions in tackling challenges
- Should be able to design a framework to plan, track, monitor progress of all tasks specific to gathering, capturing, classifying & validation of requirements and conduct workshops to train people
- Should be well versed with requirement gathering through 1:1 interviews, group interviews, Joint Application Development, Questionnaires, Prototyping, Brainstorming, Request for Proposal & Facilitated Sessions
- Should have hands on experience in gathering business requirements through a structured documentation (artifacts); such as Use Case, User Story, FSD, BRD, Configure Rules Engines, Work flows, Check lists, Traceability matrix, NFRs etc
- Will be expected to be, the go to person as part of the project team in case of any clarifications specific to functional, business & techno-functional requirements
- In addition to the above the candidate will also be expected to analyze various methodologies, suggest operation improvements, and build proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment
- Should have a good command and be fluent in both verbal and written communication in English Language. An additional international language fluency will be beneficial, but, not mandatory
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Practice Development: Contribute to Lab45 Aviation Platform strategic initiatives
- Engagements: Lead/ be part of consulting & execution engagements. Provide thought leadership and provide consulting expertise for marquee accounts.
- Growth & Margins: Support growth in the domain competency & consulting revenues while maintaining billing rates and margins. Help in creating new business opportunities & new business wins (revenue and order value)
- Partnerships: Support in the establishment & nurturing of partnerships with key client business stakeholders. Drive pro-active pitches leveraging right fit domain and digital offerings to guide client's transformation initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 5-12 years' of overall experience with minimum 2-6 years of relevant experience in travel/ airline industry in the global industry and/or as a consultant to the industry
- Must have domain experience in travel industry with exposure in implementing CREW and or FLEET Management ERP solutions in medium to large programs
- Process, teamwork, communications, and management skills needed to succeed in a rapidly growing and changing organization
- Should also have experience in Process Management, Program Management and Change Management
- Ability to drive & lead the strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams & achieve results
- Ability to converse with industry leaders, analysts, formulate POV on trends, and proactively propose solutions, investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships, analyst interactions etc.
