Tool- Captivate (Content Management tool)
Able to Maintained - over 800 Pieces of training content developed to support different a LOBs in Maps.
Able to create engaging and interacting learning Material.
Strong in customer service orientation.
e learning Software tools exp -Captivate (LMS),SABA, media visual designer
Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principle and Instructional Design.
IT industry Preferred.
Excellent verbal communication.
