Job Description
Position Summary:
• Participate and manage a high volume of project case types such as performance management (coaching, counseling, PIPs, etc.) and data reporting and analysis

• Utilize previous experience handling conversations regarding delivery of performance improvement plans, terminations as well as ability to coach managers in these situations
• As complex needs surface, assess their impact and priority, develop communication strategies, and ensure appropriate fulfillment.
• Answer and address employee HR-related questions and concerns
• Assist in researching and resolving employee relations inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Assist in processing leave requests and complaints, necessary investigations, and disciplinary actions
• Responsible for completing a variety of tasks and special projects to support the daily operations of the HR department and applying all HR policies and company guidelines
• Assist with onboarding, engagement, and exit planning.
• Utilize demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience as HR Generalist in a Tech organization
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
• Must be highly skilled in pivots, charts, data analysis and formulas
• Ability to multi-task under strict timelines
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Preferences:
• Knowledge of Google (G-Suite).Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Chat/GVC etc.
• Prior experience with ServiceNow
• Knowledge of LucidChart, LookerStudio, Asana and DocuSign
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $1,10,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
