The Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the Sr. Director, Human Resources and will be responsible for providing tactical and administrative partnership on a wide range of initiatives to support the Customer Operations groups. This role will be based in Stamford, CT.

WHAT OUR HR GENERALISTS ENJOY MOST

  • Supporting business leaders and employees, providing advice and recommendations.
  • Partnering with respective client groups to understand the business challenges and to ensure effective and timely HR support.
  • Performing employee relations functions; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently. Additionally, monitor processes and ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and HRIS database.
  • Providing key support and execution on critical HR initiatives across Customer Operations.
  • Coordinating of all annual HR programs involving performance management and compensation processes, and supporting with employee onboarding.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of HR policies, employee relations and HR initiatives in support of the business and broader Human Resources team. Collaborating and communicating with team members and key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide status updates, propose solutions, and gain alignment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of Human Resources generalist experience
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Technical skills: Strong PC skills - expert in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations.
  • Abilities: Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
  • Travel Ability: Limited travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM or PHR preferred
