Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Functions on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Helps prepare and execute continuous monitoring of identified risks
- Develop and implement stress testing frameworks
- Conduct regular stress testing and identify process gaps and anomalies
- Prepare and present detailed reports on stress test results to senior management
- Continually improve the stress testing program to adapt to changing risk landscapes
- Lead and support on automation/AI initiatives
Skillset requirement
- Strong knowledge of risk management, stress testing and anomaly detection methodologies
- Proficient in data analysis
- Should have good attention for details, good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Stakeholder Management- Should be able to make presentations to Function heads on risk topics
- Ability to Recruit and build a high performing team, mentor and motivate team members, manage team performance and ensure necessary training for team members
- Ability to work in high pressure environments and deliver high quality work
- Good knowledge of excel, power BI, MS Office
- Project management
