Job Description: Telecom Enterprise & Solution Architect (Service Assurance)
Highly experienced Telecom Service Assurance Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive service assurance solutions within telecommunications environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of telecom networks, service assurance tools, and architectures, and will play a key role in driving the alignment of our service assurance strategies with business goals and technological advancements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the enterprise architecture for service assurance within the telecom domain.
- Align service assurance strategies with overall business and technology goals.
- Provide strategic direction on the selection, integration, and implementation of service assurance tools and platforms.
- Design end-to-end service assurance solutions that cover fault management, performance management, and customer experience management.
- Architect scalable and robust solutions that integrate with existing telecom network infrastructure and IT systems.
- Develop blueprints and roadmaps for evolving the service assurance architecture to meet future needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on telecom service assurance, providing guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.
- Oversee the integration of service assurance systems with network elements, OSS/BSS systems, and other IT applications.
- Ensure that service assurance solutions support real-time monitoring, proactive management, and automated remediation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network operations, IT, and business units, to ensure cohesive and effective service assurance solutions.
- Ensure that the service assurance architecture complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement security measures to protect service assurance systems and the data they process.
- Optimize the performance and reliability of service assurance systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in telecom service assurance.
- Explore and implement new technologies such as AI/ML for predictive analytics in service assurance.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on service assurance, network management, or OSS/BSS systems.
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing large-scale service assurance solutions in a telecom environment.
- Deep understanding of telecom networks (e.g., mobile, fixed, IP) and associated technologies.
- Expertise in service assurance tools and platforms, including fault and performance management systems.
- Strong knowledge of network management protocols (e.g., SNMP, NETCONF) and standards (e.g., TM Forum).
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and the use of AI/ML in service assurance.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, TM Forum Certified.
- Additional Skills: Experience with SDN/NFV, 5G, or IoT technologies.
