We are looking for a seasoned Senior Right Angle Consultant to enhance our Commodities Trading and Energy Risk Management (CETRM) practice. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the Right Angle platform, version 15 or higher, and possess a comprehensive trading background covering Deal Capture, Contracts, Scheduling, Risk, Invoicing, and Accounting. This role demands a deep understanding of the trading domain within the Oil and Gas or Utilities sectors and a strong capability in technology architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of the Right Angle platform to meet client business requirements.
• Develop custom solutions in .NET and PowerBuilder (PB) for Right Angle, integrating with reporting tools like Crystal Report or SSRS where necessary.
• Provide architectural guidance on the technology landscape, including current and future developments, and advise on the most effective products and integrated solutions.
• Utilize hands-on experience with Azure Tech Stack, including Azure Integration Services, Azure Dev Ops, and MS Power Platform, to enhance system integrations and project outcomes.
• Engage in architecture, design, and development roles, contributing to complex IT implementation projects from conception to deployment.
• Apply a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead stakeholder management activities, working closely with client IT Managers and Architects to manage expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support business growth by contributing to practice development activities and nurturing client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with the Right Angle platform, preferably version 15 or higher, with a solid background in trading operations.
• In-depth understanding of the trading domain within the Oil and Gas or Utilities sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the technology landscape in an Architect capacity, including familiarity with current and future developments.
• Proficiency in developing RA customizations in both .NET & PB; experience integrating RA with Crystal Report or SSRS is highly desirable.
• Experience with Azure Tech Stack (Azure Integration Services, Azure Dev Ops, MS Power Platform) is a plus.
• Proven work experience in an Architecture, Design, and Development role within complex IT implementation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
