We're looking for a Design Director and a trusted leader with solid strategic brand, design and digital experience who can turn complex business problems into exceptional design solutions and build strong client relationships along the way. An experienced Design Director, who has worked within a larger multidisciplinary team and has ability to work with small start-ups to large global clients and across multi-channels.

- Be part of the management team and lead the creative vision, strategy and quality of Tel Aviv studio
- Manage, guide and inspire a growing team of brand, UI, UX and motion designers
- Develop and nuture the Designit Tel Aviv Creative Practice to evolve based on new models of thinking

- Create award-winning creative work excelling creativity and thought leadership
- Demonstrate broad lateral thinking rooted in references beyond the design world and inspire people around you to do the same
- A collaboration partner to internal teams to define strong responses and points of view to clients' requests and briefs
- Ensure regular learning sessions are in place and informed by practice and team needs
- Create a culture of retrospective and learning across projects
- Develop and deliver a culture of critical feedback across project delivery
- Ensure a culture of experimentation and prototyping exists
