Location : Bengaluru or Gurgaon

Role description
We are looking for an ideal candidate to handle communications for strategic enterprise-wide employee communication initiatives and programs. The incumbent will be responsible for crafting internal content that inspires our 230,000 people to think, act, or feel. They will help not just to inform our colleagues but also to provide them with meaningful content that drives employees' understanding of our initiatives, call to action, culture, and business and turns them into true brand ambassadors.

The ideal candidate should be a skilled storyteller with interpersonal skills and a passion for creating experiences. The role will build a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect, and inspire employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for various initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Create and deliver engaging and informative communications, including but not limited to newsletters, presentations, videos, and intranet content.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and end users, to understand their communication needs and address any concerns or questions.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact and engagement.

Key skills

  • Stakeholder management: You must be adept at handling relationships with various teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Produce effective employee communications: Develop and author various internal and executive communications, including campaigns, and announcements, to be delivered across multiple communications channels, including intranet, newsletters, blogs, internal social media platforms etc., to ensure that all messaging reinforces our culture and that we have consistent, intentional themes weaved throughout communications.
  • Record and analyze campaign and channel metrics to create a monthly internal communications report/dashboard.
  • Manage and maintain the internal communications content calendar, research and develop stories, edit content, create and maintain intranet pages, and contribute to the internal communications charter.

Other requirements

  • Minimum 6 - 7 years of experience in delivering results globally in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to navigate, interact effectively, and provide strategic counsel at all levels of the company.
  • Be business-oriented with the courage to question status quo and bring various stakeholders together to drive change.
  • Must have a creative eye and a keen interest in design and visualization to create attractive newsletters and other communication assets.
  • Must have exceptional writing and editing skills. Possess a strong command of the English language with all its nuances and rhetoric, and figures of speech.
  • Strong executive communications experience: You can write, visualize and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrate a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs.
  • Fearless when embracing technology: You're comfortable adopting new platforms quickly to enhance companywide communication.
  • Organized and creative with a keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and change directions instantly based on business needs.
  • A self-starter who spots opportunities and develops creative, effective approaches to difficult challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in managing communication efforts for large-scale organizational initiatives, preferably in the context of technology or system implementations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
