Job Responsibilities:
- Business domain and finance background first and technology background
- 8 + years of overall IT experience
- Experience in Credit Card domain (preference)
- Have a good understanding of Banking domain & Regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Banking applications/projects - Credit Card, Commercial, Retail, Wealth etc.
- Financial domain experience (Commercials, Retail, Cards, AML, Regulatory and Compliance etc.)
- Experience in working with product owners and development team to review and confirm the requirements for projects preferably using Azure.
- Work closely with the system's owners and the business Architect to discuss and design different scenarios of the data/source mapping.
- Proceed with the walkthrough of the requirements with development team once all the requirements are confirmed and communicate constantly whenever requirements change.
- Organize workshops to review data mapping, gaps, and follow up with action items.
- Work the business conversion testing team and the development QA team to review test cycles dashboards.
- Also contribute to Data Governance artifacts (PIA, PDA), Define Data model
- Experience with Agile Scrum concepts such as scrum meeting, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and release planning.
- Create and document all the requirements on the confluence page which includes revision history, the requirements, Current State Analysis, Business Process Flow and Data Flow Diagrams, source to target mapping, source query & data profiling, test cases validation, code & job details.
- Create and update Jira tickets for the sprint stories including a description of the ask, the technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and the link to the BSA confluence page for more details.
- Demonstrate strong, effective, and timely Communication skills both in writing and speaking with different project stakeholders.
- Has strong understanding of Data Mappings, Business Rules Mapping, Source to Target System Mappings
- Lead Requirements gathering session with Business Stakeholders
- Azure Cloud migration would be an edge.
- Experience with real data in any domain.
- Innovative and strong analytical and algorithmic problem solvers.
- Extracting data from primary and secondary sources and removing corrupted data
- Ensuring that the data is accurate and high-quality.
- Developing and managing data systems and databases with strong SQL knowledge.
- Establishing KPIs that provide actionable insights.
- Using data to analyse trends that help inform business policies and decisions.
- Collaborating with engineers and developers to develop and streamline data governance strategies.
- Well versed with writing Jira User Stories
- Very good communication skill
"Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $130,000 to $140,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options."
