Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at WGS. This role involves selling our cloud based/SaaS multi-channel loan origination software solution NetOxygen LOS and NetOxygen Launchpad Point of Sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell NetOxygen loan origination software solutions.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Build and manage the deal pipeline.
- Lead proposals creation and defense.
- Lead and conduct product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of software product sales experience to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks, Credit Unions and Independent Mortgage companies, in the US.
- Total industry experience of 15-20 years.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding $15-20 Mn. order booking quota in previous sales roles.
- Successful history of acquiring new customers and adding multiple new logos each year.
- Strong relationships with national banks, regional banks, community banks, and independent mortgage lenders.
- Proficiency in using social media, industry events, and other methods to find prospects.
- Demonstrated ability to sell large multi-million-dollar software deals, leveraging deep connections at various levels, including the C/C-1-suite.
- Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
- Strategic understanding of the mortgage and consumer lending sector in the US.
- Ability to present high-level business solutions at the executive level, including tailored software demonstrations based on customer needs.
- Team player capable of working with various internal stakeholders to support deals.
- Flexibility to work with global teams.
- A willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Loan Origination Systems sales/pre-sales.
- Experience in selling cloud-based/SaaS solutions.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $1,25,000 to $2,20,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
