Job Description

Job Title-Analyst

Job Location: Gurugram (Work from office)

Time: 12:00 PM to 9:30 pm / 2:00 to 11:30 PM (Should be comfortable for both the slots)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a good understanding of real estate finance operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications, and the reporting source data.
  • Possess good knowledge about SPVs and its relevance.
  • Perform SPV level cash tracking and prepare wire memos for intercompany transfers.
  • Reconciliation of Gross Debt and bridging the gaps between Gross to Net Debt.
  • Fund Leverage Limitation Testing to identify the capacity of borrowing.
  • Allocation and coding of project level expenses on Coupa.
  • Prepare quarterly Distribution tracker for US Real Estate investments.
  • Prepare quarterly Disclosure reporting items to BX for the Real Estate business.
  • Prepare quarterly SPV financial statements.
  • Manage system setup, bank account creation and dissolution of SPV entities.
  • Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.
  • Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.
  • Ad-hoc requests.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate must be a Post Graduate or C.A., with knowledge of finance
  • Good Understanding of Private Equity business and its Revenue Model.
  • Candidates must have 1-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, performance reporting.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
  • The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
  • The profile involves effective communication across Clients' facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must
  • A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly
  • A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
