This position has primary responsibility for mitigation, tracking and controlling risks, and compliance associated with all Windsor and GID vendors. This position works extensively with Vendor Shield (Yardi), Vendor Management, Risk Management, and Procurement to fully manage vendor risk at GID.
SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Handle and/or disseminate third-party vendor questions on third-party vendor management platform.
- Assist with new user and vendor set up on third-party vendor management platform.
- Assist with training new users on the platform.
- Oversee the new vendor administrative dashboard and determine an appropriate onboarding process.
- Review all requests and oversee the payment process for company paid vendor credentialing and pay quarterly invoices from Yardi.
- Review new contractual agreements and enroll the vendor in the appropriate insurance tier in VendorShield.
- Periodically review/audit vendors for proper category selection and insurance requirements.
- Oversee the reactivation form and monitor for consistent non-compliance and/or missing agreements.
- Provide temporary vendor activations to allow for payment processing.
- Become versed in acceptable modifications and terms in any vendor agreements.
- Work with the Learning and Development (L&D) team to update training modules and Intranet when new enhancements and system improvements change workflows.
- Own full responsibility of the ongoing development of the active vendor catalog.
- Update SharePoint Vendor Management site.
- Review vendors submissions in VendorShield before assigning a Yardi vendor # to ensure that compliance and RCP related questions are answered appropriately.
- Work with vendor management, compliance, and asset management to report and audit for RCP and related party status.
- Deactivate non-compliant vendors.
- Track vendor insurance submitted outside of VendorShield.
- Spearhead any amendments or changes to master agreements in VendorShield to ensure that the most up to date terms are presented to vendors.
- Respond to COI and vendor agreement inquiries from risk management regarding specific claims.
- Handle any miscellaneous projects required by vendor management.
- Manage Yardi tickets for VendorShield related issues.
- Monitor, handle and/or disseminate the vendor management/vendor credentialing email and voicemail.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred; at least three (3) years of relevant experience, which may include any experience dealing with third-party compliance. A background in real estate and property management is desirable.

Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Compensation Range: $80,000 - $94,000 annually plus 12% bonus potential.
