As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with teams across the business to design, analyze and optimize digital marketing strategy - acquiring new customers, driving cross-sell and product utilization, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Duties and Responsibilities:

How You'll make an impact:

  • Proactively engage with stakeholders, analysts, and channel marketing experts to design and support the implementation of digital go-to-market strategies that achieve business growth targets
  • Build data strategies, design dynamic audiences and segments, and deploy them in digital marketing channels and automated journeys to serve campaign objectives
  • Analyze program performance, seek inputs from channel marketing managers, and provide recommendations to stakeholders on strategy enhancements
  • Drive continuous optimization with A/B testing, use of AI tools, and data models
  • Regularly research emerging marketing capabilities and technologies
  • Proactively identify issues / obstacles and recommend appropriate courses of action
  • Communicate plans and results to key stakeholder across lines of business

  • 5+ years experience delivering highly-effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Background in building, executing, analyzing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience guiding the development of automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or like platforms
  • Experience building and segmenting dynamic audiences
  • A history of driving optimization through a/b testing and use of AI tools
  • A passion for innovation, keeping up with trends and education related to print, web, mobile, and social media technologies
  • Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to work with highly abstract concepts and incomplete information yet able to use sound business judgment to provide actionable recommendations to cross functional teams internally
  • Excellent organization, communication, cross-group collaboration, virtual team management, and analytical skills are also required
Qualifications Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, or related field
  • Leadership skills to facilitate discussions through cross-regional, cross-cultural teams, also remotely
  • Strong understanding of project mgmt methodologies (Agile, SCRUM etc.)
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs and analytics
  • Salesforce Certifications ideal
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $77,000.00 - $102,000.00
