In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

  • 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Extensive commercial and/or large corporate lending experience across a broad spectrum of lending products, collateral types, and business segments
  • In depth knowledge and experience in Operations, closing and servicing commercial loans ( bi-lateral and syndicated)
  • 2+ years experience planning and executing user acceptance across scaled agile delivery model where multiple product teams executing against release train
  • Ability to write and maintain test scripts
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and consult with key business partners and translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with multiple stakeholder groups including line of business, operations, technology, and external service providers
  • In depth knowledge of Loan IQ platforms
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • Experience working with development teams in a scrum and agile environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Expectations:
  • Lead end to end user testing for the LIQ platform to ensure high quality releases and associated business adoption.
  • Provide real time feedback while executing test scripts on developed capabilities.
  • Write robust test scripts for the associated assigned capabilities
  • Manually stage data needed in order to execute test scripts
  • Report and log all defects identified.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owner's, business SME's, and technology to ensure we are capturing the proper test cases during UAT
  • Assist with questions from end users during the testing cycles
  • Participate in business validation and release activities.
