Product Delivery Associate, User Acceptance Testing Fulfillment & Archive Services

As a Product Delivery Associate in the Center of Excellence (COE) and Fulfillment & Archive Services, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) you will work closely with Area Product Test Leads, Feature Testers, and our Business Partners on business project initiatives. You will perform user acceptance testing, analyzing user stories and requirements, creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, test summaries, as well as other testing reporting artifacts. In addition, you are responsible for executing test cases with end-to-end user acceptance tests while finding and resolving test defects to avoid specialist issues, customer impacts and production defects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with designing, developing, and implementing required UAT artifacts that align with the COE UAT standard methodology, test plans, test cases, test scripts, finding and opening defects, execution reports and test summaries
  • Manage applications(developers/IT/QA) support in identifying/resolving defects/issues/concerns
  • Collaborate with business partners/technology leads to determine the requirements and required testing scope is met
  • Analyze and able to document complex business requirements properly
  • Identify opportunities for automation, execute and maintain scripts
  • Lead the UAT testing processes, methodologies, and approaches according to JPMC Chase standards
  • Work with business partners/technology leads to identify the appropriate data criteria for testing - obtain and condition accounts; accordingly, Communicate issues effectively to Area Product Test Lead, Business Partners, and Release Managers through project implementation
  • Escalates defects/project issues and risks as they arise to project leads/business partners
  • Managing business requirements and multiple streams of work and deliver projects in a timely manner
  • Present and receive sign off for final test reports
  • Manage large projects or other program initiatives, with moderate supervision

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, adapting quickly to new technologies and processes. Committed and dedicated individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to write, execute and maintain automation scripts
  • Experience in Selenium required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills across various levels of management
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business requirements
  • Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
  • Strong in time management, meeting tight deadlines and multitasking
  • Experience with Microsoft products
  • Testing experience and writing automation and manual testing, creating test plans, test scenarios, test scripts and test execution
  • Experience with Automation, Java, JIRA and/or Agile practices and terminologies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 1-3 years with testing analyst experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
  • Experience with project and/or software development life cycles
  • Experience in any of the following: Cucumber, Maven, Cypress, Gherkin, SQL Databases, Hornet, Mirage, Writing queries.
