About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Manager in the Enterprise Liquidity Management (LM) for our Deposits and Invesment Portfolio. Treasury at Wells Fargo is a dynamic team that is responsible for managing Wells Fargo's balance sheet including capital, liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk management. Treasury seeks to ensure Wells Fargo always maintains sufficient capital and liquidity resources to support growth in the Company's businesses, while also ensuring a satisfactory financial cushion exists to protect against unforeseen stresses in the economic environment or the Company's operations. Treasury also provides regulators, senior leaders, and the Board of Directors with key information to support risk management, financial performance management, and strategic planning.

In this role, you will:
- Serve as a data provider for all liquidity reporting for Deposits & Investment products.
- Manage and develop a team responsible for complex analytics on components of companywide key treasury finance metrics
- Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of global market conditions, funding, asset and liability management, liquidity risk management, capital management, financial performance management, capital, and related activities
- Ensure data quality and establish controlled processes
- Participate in industry and peer groups to influence the standard setting process
- Lead implementation of complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Treasury
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- 4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
- Experience in bank Treasury functions (e.g., interest rate risk, capital and/or liquidity)
- Experience with financial reporting and related data inputs
- Experience with governance frameworks, documentation and issues managements
- Proven ability to influence and lead change
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; effective in communication across variety of audiences and constituencies, including executive management
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and large/complex projects
- Experience in accounting matters related to bank balance sheets
- Experience in bank regulatory matters
