About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Associate.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in researching, evaluating and investigating low complexity transactions and data to meet business requirements
- Review basic technical business problems that can be resolved with automated systems related to low-risk tasks and deliverables
- Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgement within defined parameters in the development of guidelines for the use of result tracking systems
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders within technology business systems operations
- Interact with experienced Business Systems Consultants on revising existing automated systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and make necessary changes to the database
- Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved.
- Liaise with line of business partners, technology teams, and the application vendor to document and troubleshoot production support issues.
- Initial Triage on the Production application tickets
- Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes.
- Provide production support which includes working with operations users, technology and vendors to resolve issues.
- Provides support for vendor upgrades, enhancements and production fixes.

6+ months of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of at least 6+ months of experience in Home Lending Servicing | Retail or any financial domain.
- Minimum 6+ months of production support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge and understanding of the Retail | Servicing applications
- Experience with Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA.
- Need to be flexible for rotational / Night Shifts
- Demonstrated experience coordinating requirements, testing and implementation of medium to large scale enterprise projects with multiple dependencies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience tracking and reporting milestones including key deliverables and due dates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Candidates with knowledge on MSP, ER, HPA, Claims, Settlements are preferred
- Develop credibility with teammates on in-depth knowledge of issues or problems
- Coach others on how to analyze information to solve problems and decision making
- Provide support and encouragement to others when they attempt to innovate-even when they fail
- Integrate ideas and inputs from different sources to find innovative solutions
