About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Associate

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct complex analysis, testing, and certification of LOB processes, tools, artifacts and software using business requirements and functional specification document.
  • Create, prepare and deliver test plans, test strategies, ambiguity reviews, test signoffs while adhering to corporate test standards.
  • Author complex test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
  • Partner with testing team to select test scripts and regression test scripts to represent business process.
  • Perform complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation.
  • Apply medium to advanced testing tool knowledge to efforts. May act as a liaison to engage developers and actively participates in identification of test scripts candidates for automation.
  • Log, track, and verify resolution of LOB software and specification defects. May lead and prioritizes testing activities for projects involving on shore and offshore teams.
  • Execute test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities. Provide specific technical guidance on defects to developers.

  • 3+ years of overall experience spanned across various testing areas
  • 3+years of experience in native apps, mobile app testing
  • Solid experience and understanding of the Agile development lifecycle
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Working experience on various test mgmt. tools like HPALM, JIRA, & confluence.
  • Strong communication skills, be an Initiator and taking ownership upon task assignment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Working experience using any automation testing tools like Playwright, selenium or any automation knowledge.
  • 2+ years of Banking experience especially related with credit cards.
  • Browserstack experience
  • Relevant Industry Certifications like ISTQB, PSM, CSM
Job Expectations:
  • Review and Analyze User Stories and associated acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with QA Team members and stakeholders (business and technology) to develop effect test plans and strategies
  • Create comprehensive test scripts
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate test cases according to specifications and User Stories
  • Report defects to development teams
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Working closely with product owner, Business and scrum teams to resolve requirement ambiguities and understand acceptance criteria.
