Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Associate.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in researching, evaluating and investigating low complexity transactions and data to meet business requirements
- Review basic technical business problems that can be resolved with automated systems related to low-risk tasks and deliverables
- Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgement within defined parameters in the development of guidelines for the use of result tracking systems
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders within technology business systems operations
- Interact with experienced Business Systems Consultants on revising existing automated systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and make necessary changes to the database

- 6+ months of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
As a Senior Test Engineer , you will bring considerable technical expertise to deliver effective solutions that meet business efficiency and quality goals. Your responsibilities and challenges will be varied and rewarding; building supporting frameworks for a variety of application needs that are stable, secure and scalable across various platforms. You will be joining a new team designed to drive efficiency, reduce risk, improve quality and transform the way we deliver application testing at Wells Fargo.

Test Engineer will support UAT for WIM products, services and capabilities. As part of this scope of work, the team will perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
You will focus on leading test engineers on the design, customization and optimization of test suites for web and desktop based applications. You will partner with various business and technical groups with both digital and mainframe capabilities to pursue and deliver automated solutions that drive efficiency and bring the Testing Services vision and strategy to life.

- Planning, implementing and quality assurance for large testing projects to include test automation, test data management/analytics and innovative uses of technology or data analytics to enhance testing efficiency.
- Training team members with a goal of fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Sharing your knowledge and developing tools and enablers to build capability for the team / service
- Good automation skills - Selenium, Java, Jenkins, TestNG etc.
- 3+ years of overall experience spanned across various testing area
- 2 to 3 Years of Manual and automated testing is a must experience preferably in AccelQ on Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified App Builder) are a plus.
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Selenium, Apex Test Framework, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse environments
- At least 1 years of experience in strategy and planning of technical testing
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in automation strategy, framework implementation, planning, scripting and execution ( preferably Cucumber/BDD - based frameworks)
- HP-QC/ALM, TFS, JIRA or a relevant defect management tool
- Experience in User Acceptance development & implementation
- Knowledge and understanding of business tools and processes
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
- Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid experience and understanding of the Agile development lifecycle
- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage industry: products, services, operational policies, systems and procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of financial advisor platforms and applications
- Analyze requirements, create functional and automation strategy.
- Work with cross functional and global teams to develop, modify, and execute end to end test cases.
- Develop and maintain automated tests to improve reliability and repeatability of frequently run software tests.
- Use effective communication and presentation skills to report and manage defects, facilitate resolution sessions.
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with teams across locations.
- Estimate Test efforts, create and review test plans, based on business requirements.
- Design, create and execute automation and manual scripts.
- Proactively look at opportunities on improving the QA process with best practices as applicable
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools and applications to support the business.
- Will collaborate with Salesforce product teams located in the US and India.
