• 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Production / Application support teams (including troubleshooting application issues / installations / deployments / configurations)
  •4+ years of experience in Windows or Linux Administration
  •Change/problem/incident management experience
  •For Windows environments - experience in IIS, SQL Server Administration, Windows administration, Windows PowerShell scripting
  •For Linux environments - experience in Unix Scripting
  •Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys
  •Experience with app or web servers such as Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBOSS (and/or combination of these)
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL (and/or combination of these)
  •DevOps tools/experience - Github, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible

Job Expectations:

• Experience with SRE, Application, System and Database monitoring tools such as ITRS, AppDynamics, Splunk, Netcool, Elk and Basemon
  •SSL Certificate management experience
  •Knowledge of ticket tracking tools such as ServiceNow, Jira
  •Experience with Agile / Kanban methodologies
  •History of implementation of efficiencies, resiliencies, automations and transformations
  •Chaos, performance and BCP testing experience
  •ITIL 4 or 5 experience
