Role Context:
Relationship Pricer is a proprietary application built in 2001 that provides our Relationship Managers and Treasury
Sales Consultants the ability to model a variety of commercial credit and treasury management and deposit products. Providing forward looking profitability metrics and external customer proposal reporting. Over the years the Pricer Teams have worked hard to build valuable enhancements and support various workflows for our users and are now excited to start down the 2.0 road as we rebuild to modernize our successful application. We are looking for an experienced senior level business analyst who can help drive and deliver the vision for 2.0 and beyond.
Our new platform goal is to provide an enhanced user experience with a shared UI to increase productivity and ease of use with better interfacing with upstream and downstream applications. Additionally, a more customer centric versus user centric approach to deal building with the ability to build a UI experience based on the product views selected. For the remainder of 2023 into 2024 we have established our 2.0 team for the new builds and our legacy application team to maintain business as usual until sunset.
In this role, one will need to:
- Organize and lead initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes
- Own the data quality queries used within Pricer
- Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues
- Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality
- Adhere to data governance standards and procedures
- Own the relationship with various Finance users that manually load and/or adjust data into Pricer to assist them with their loading process and work through issues
- Be responsible for documentation of the data quality process and other routine tasks you are responsible for
- Good understanding of financial metrics, has ability to analyze data and interpret numbers
- Hands on experience in reporting vertical
- Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas
- Inspire and lead high performing, cross functional teams
- Be available to team to answer questions and address escalated impediments

Essential Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of total work experience preferably for Workflow implementation
- Should have strong understanding of Treasury Management/ Credit and Deposit processes, products, and cash management concepts -[I.E. Treasury Management / Credit analyzed products and services, account analysis billing, liquidity and deposit products]
- Financial services experience and good understanding of operational metrics (Both P&L and B/S)
- Experience in implementation of workflow management tools to streamline business processes
- Good exposure to Excel and ability to write complex SQL queries
- Strong comprehension of data, front-end application, and end-users/downstream systems
- Ability to perform data analysis to research various data issues
- Experience in both Oracle and Teradata environments
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis such as profit/loss statement
- Strong experience in problem solving
- Able to understand complex business situations and problems
- Very strong verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to work closely with end users in the United States
- Database experience and ability to write complex statements
