About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Hands on experience with software asset management
  • Familiar with software asset management Data Quality attributes and their dependencies.
  • Strictly adhering to OLA/SLA defined
  • Reach out to device owners, support groups to resolve the discrepancies on a regular basis.
  • Conduct Meetings, data review sessions with SME, stakeholders where necessary independently.
  • Work with varied stakeholders/ Competency Centers SMEs to arrive at a permanent fix for issues identified.
  • Respond to Adhoc requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific SW Asset Management data.

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher. Relevant certifications will be an advantage (SAM, ServiceNow).
  • General knowledge of industry standards and best practices around control evaluations / testing, internal audit and risk management processes.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive understanding of operational risk management in the IT/Technology fields or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management
Job Expectations:
  • Familiarity with directory & file structures
  • Familiarity with packaged software
  • Excel abilities to include use of vlookups & pivot tables for data analysis & summary
  • Ability to follow data input standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently & bring questions/escalations to team calls as necessary
  • Handle large volume of work and emails
  • Update SW Asset Research Team documents, templates & procedures as necessary
  • Custom software pattern (discovery) XML scripting
  • Understanding of BigFix, ServiceNow Discovery, Microsoft CM and other discovery technologies
  • Familiarity with Flexera Normalize
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with directory & file structures
