About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant.
In this role, you will:
- Hands on experience with software asset management
- Familiar with software asset management Data Quality attributes and their dependencies.
- Strictly adhering to OLA/SLA defined
- Reach out to device owners, support groups to resolve the discrepancies on a regular basis.
- Conduct Meetings, data review sessions with SME, stakeholders where necessary independently.
- Work with varied stakeholders/ Competency Centers SMEs to arrive at a permanent fix for issues identified.
- Respond to Adhoc requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific SW Asset Management data.

- 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Relevant certifications will be an advantage (SAM, ServiceNow).
- General knowledge of industry standards and best practices around control evaluations / testing, internal audit and risk management processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of operational risk management in the IT/Technology fields or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with directory & file structures
- Familiarity with packaged software
- Excel abilities to include use of vlookups & pivot tables for data analysis & summary
- Ability to follow data input standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently & bring questions/escalations to team calls as necessary
- Handle large volume of work and emails
- Update SW Asset Research Team documents, templates & procedures as necessary
- Custom software pattern (discovery) XML scripting
- Understanding of BigFix, ServiceNow Discovery, Microsoft CM and other discovery technologies
- Familiarity with Flexera Normalize
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with directory & file structures
- Familiarity with packaged software
