About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant for the DIR-TEAM. The team uses SRE methodology to handle interrupts and have the posture to detect and react to observations that are a threat to the SLOs. The TEAM facilitates and owns P4 and P5 activity on the DIR-TEAM Channel to prevent a major incident.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Be prepared with fingers on keyboards to post and remove banners when triggers are met, and approvals done.
  • TMIM will bring support, app owners, vendors, and stakeholders together to restore service and once that is done the TEAM will remove banners.
  • Practice certification of all capabilities to post a banner and attend weekly SDI business meetings to work the backlog and prepare for future go-live capabilities.
  • Works closely with the PSM NFRs to give feedback on incoming procedures and templates so that right solutions are in place.
Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of collaborating and consulting with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.
  • 2+ years of coordinating communications and information flow between business and technology teams.
  • 2+ years of experience with troubleshooting and technical support of various applications.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi- task, handle multiple test assignments, and prioritize one's own work
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze business requirements

Pay Range:
  • For CA L87,700.00 - 155,900.00 USD Annual
