About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Network Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Managing various network activities including implementations, migrations and upgrades, offering technical direction and user support as and when needed.
- Proficiency with infrastructure devices, including switches, routers, wireless access points, controllers, and firewalls.
- Expertise in designing, monitoring, and repairing local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN)
- ISP troubleshooting, analytical & problem-solving experience, and scripting languages.
- Communicate with team to identify needs, monitor performance, and diagnose and resolve issues with network and systems.
- Ability to be self-sufficient and to grasp new technologies easily.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation of environment and operational procedures.

- Bachelor's degree in computers or Electronics with 8+ Years of Networking Experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing/implementing LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprises.
- 5+ years of experience with IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) in a large enterprise environment.
- Any CISCO / Cloud Certification.
- Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wireshark.
- Thorough understanding of Routing & switching technology.
- WAN technologies: SwE circuits, 4G / 5G network and satellite technology (VSAT).
- Wireless technology: Controllers & Access points.
- Software Define Network technology: (Cisco SD-WAN/Fortinet SD-Branches)
- Strong understanding of QoS configurations to support enterprise standards.
- Experience working in an agile environment utilizing Atlassian Jira products.
- Python/Ansible/GITHUB experience a plus.
