Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to leadership
- Develop or influence highly complex business and technical needs across groups and functions
- Provide principal level strategic consulting services to client organizations
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
- Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy then create and execute corresponding business plans and initiative
- Plan, direct, and control the formulate strategic business objectives for assigned business unit

- 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Project/Program Management
- 7 + year experience in transaction Screening
- Experience in sanction Screening
- Experience in Payments domain
- Experience in cross border payments
- Experience in Fircosoft
- - Lead the analysis and design of payment solutions with a focus on Cross-Border Payments, RTP (Real-Time Payments), and RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement).
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for payment systems.
- Ensure that payment solutions are compliant with MT message standards and ISO20022 messaging protocols.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure successful implementation of payment solutions and system enhancements.
- Act as a Product Owner, defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze current payment processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and scalability.
- Conduct impact analysis and ensure alignment with global banking regulations and industry standards.
- Engage with stakeholders from various global banking functions, including compliance, risk, and operations, to deliver integrated payment solutions.
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide thought leadership on industry best practices in payments, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions.
