With 5-10 years of digital marketing experience, they excel at identifying opportunities and addressing pain points for at-risk clients. Their role involves translating market, industry, and audience data into actionable plans that directly address client concerns, ultimately contributing to revenue retention for our top Executive Accounts and National teams.

The Strategic Digital Accounts Lead collaborates with sales and marketing fulfillment teams to create comprehensive plans that either rework media strategies or demonstrate the value of existing plans, ensuring alignment with client business goals and driving growth. Their impact extends to retaining and growing revenue while enhancing client sentiment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. EVALUATING & RESTRUCTURING MARKETING PLANS: Quickly evaluate campaign and account set up to identify opportunities in the marketing strategies that integrate various channels (paid search, SEO, print, social media, etc.) to achieve client's business objectives.
  2. ACHIEVE OR EXCEED LOCALIQ RETENTION GOALS: Develop and execute strategies aimed at achieving retention goals, ensuring long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  3. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Work closely with teams from campaign managers, sales teams, product, data & analytics, and creative to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts in place and LocaliQ values are effectively communicated to client & client stakeholders.
  4. CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION: Develop and utilize customer segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness for current accounts.
  5. PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT: Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  6. STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION: Communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support across the organization.
  7. INNOVATION AND ADAPTATION: Stay updated with market trends and consumer behavior to continuously refine and innovate marketing strategies.
  8. SALES & POST SALES SUPPORT: Collaborate with the existing account teams to retain LocaliQ top accounts, providing strategic insights and support to minimize churn and maximize revenue retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics or related roles.
  • Bachelors' degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication science or equivalent work experience, Master's Degree preferred.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $68,000 and $110,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
