In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts
- Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization
- Work across Business Groups and Product Teams to delivery end to end change to People, Process and Technology.
- Apply the appropriate change methodology (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approach) to each effort to ensure optimal delivery.

- 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Comfort with ambiguity and working in a start-up mode, but able to transition to a large, mature program
- Thought leadership in defining and executing on the right program and oversight structure
- Strong executive messaging skills with the ability to succinctly roll up and communicate timeline, milestones, status, risks, issues, etc., across multiple workstreams
- Not technically averse; willing to jump in and learn new technologies and form strong partnerships with technology partners
- Ability to interact and build relationships with senior leaders, user community and key support partners.
- Ability to work creatively and independently in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple work assignments based on established priorities
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong meeting management and facilitation skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with senior leaders, user community and key support partners.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both business unit (non-technical) and development (technical) personnel.
- Strong track record of successful project work in a diverse environment.
- Fully proficient in standard Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Financial Services/Regulatory experience preferred
