Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager within the VMO team, you will be responsible for managing critical, cross-functional projects that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with high impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep project management expertise, experience in the software industry, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery and execution.
• Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance, and quality standards.
• Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior leadership, providing regular updates and reports.
• Assist other team members in achieving their project milestones by providing project management support, and problem-solving expertise as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing complex integration projects is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong background in cross-functional strategic projects, with a solid understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience working on projects that involve cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions.
• Ability to navigate and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Asana as a project management tool. Jira knowledge a plus.
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Rhode Island is $121,000 - $135,000.
In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
