You will be responsible for managing key control operations, inclusive of executing written procedures, escalating when required, and ensuring proper evidence stewardship. You will perform continuous improvement reviews of existing controls and identify control gaps. You will support the Technology Change Management leader to ensure all control operators understand and meet requirements and that all control procedures are properly written and maintained by leveraging your Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge and experience. You will partner with other team members for control testing engagements and with the Change Governance Lead to meet all testing requirements and timelines.

In this role, you will:
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of evidence stewardship and experience with control traceability
- 5+ years of control operation and management experience in Technology Change Management processes
- 5+ years of experience preparing presentation material for executive leadership
- 3+ years of data analysis experience and reviewing large data sets to identify themes and insights
- 3+ years of leadership experience in guiding teams through complex process transformations
- 3+ years of stakeholder management experience including building relationships and influencing key decision makers
- Proven experience managing large programs and/or operations oversight functions
- Experience with and understanding of risk treatments (issues, exceptions, etc.), audit readiness and policy adherence standards
- Experience facilitating change advisory boards
- Ability to use data to tell a story to all levels within an organization
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the proven ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated success in strategy development and execution of cross business and/or cross enterprise initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of organizational procedures, operations, complaints management, and applicable risk and compliance principles, preferably within the financial services industry
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong relationship management and proven leadership skills, with solid conflict management, negotiation, and organizational effectiveness techniques with senior business leaders to foster and manage ongoing relationships and gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Proven change leader with the ability to drive multiple work streams at once as an influencer, and drive for efficiency and risk reduction results

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
