About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Branch Systems & Transformation team as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. Consumer & Small Business Banking. The Branch Systems & Transformation team is responsible for leading the development and execution of all hardware, software platforms, and physical aspects of the National Branch Network. This includes product ownership of our ATM strategy and roadmaps, our branch strategy and roadmap, and all teller and banker systems. It will also include branch change management and prioritization.

The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for providing senior level strategic consulting on key national branch network strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will:
  • Work with senior leaders across Branch Banking, enterprise support functions and cross-functional teams to help define the business strategy and effective execution plans.
  • Work with partners and across business functions to develop implementation plans and lead full scale implementation of key strategic business initiatives.
  • Be responsible for providing senior level strategic consulting on key branch banking strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding Wells Fargo, CSBB, Branch Banking business strategy and emerging trends in the industry.
  • Lead cross functional execution team meetings to facilitate decision making and support execution of recommendations and business initiatives.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to senior lead.
  • Provide leadership in the identification of strategic business opportunities; evaluation and approval process of identified opportunities; identification and implementation of technology requirements (systems, architecture, and infrastructure) as well as coordination of technical resources; and communication of strategy and related business plans to management.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience in project management and product delivery impacting retail banking environment
  • Experience managing large and complex enterprise-wide programs/products
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.

  • Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
