About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
  • Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
  • Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
  • Drive solutions to reduce recovery
  • Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
  • Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
  • Design complex system upgrades
  • Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
  • Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
  • Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years with hands-on experience in Terraform platform management.
  • Excellent planning and designing skills to lead a team and take E2E responsibility of the delivery of them.
  • Experience in working in Terraform Enterprise platform.
  • Experienced in interacting with different teams across geographic locations and partners in deriving common solutions.
  • Expertise in coding in TFE platform and complete the deliverables on time.
  • Experience in Python & Unix scripting. Preparing scripts to solve manual activities and deriving operational success through scripting.
  • Experience in creating and using dashboards with Grafana and using the data for decision making.
  • Open to work in different shift timings and flexible to support during System Incidents.
  • Experience in working in Agile delivery teams and exposed to scrum metrics.
  • Be an active player in the team, align to the team/organizational goals and strive for the overall success of the organization.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
Job Expectations:
  • The selected resource will be part of Terraform Platform Management Engineering team.
  • He/She will be responsible for the engineering activities of the platform. Ensuring that the platform is highly available and stable will the key goals.
  • He/She will be responsible for all the daily activities of the team from work allocation and drive to resolution.
  • He/She will be continuously interacting with different teams to derive resolutions to problems and implement solutions.
  • He/She will be coding/testing the stories decided in the scrum meeting and complete in the iteration.
  • He/She will be playing an active role in resolving incidents that are raised by customers. Being active on the MIM calls and identify the solution to resolve the customer problems.
  • He/She will be part of an agile team and participate in all the scrum ceremonies. Ensuring that all the agile metrics are perfectly met always representing the team leading here
