In this role, you will:

  • Query, monitor & troubleshoot - Adobe audience datasets. Analyzing audiences, querying datasets, identifying issues, establishing RCA, remediation process and status updates to all parties involved and thorough documentation.
  • Play a significant role in designing test strategies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and functionality along with post-production validation and user support.
  • Use no code configuration functionality within the tool to enable features and functionality.
  • Work with partners to define and deliver requirements for operational and process adherence tracking/reporting.
  • Ensure product controls are met such as Downtime Tracking, User access and recertification.

  • Collaborate with technology partners and cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities and implement recommended changes.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
  • Digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience working with Customer & Marketing datasets.
  • 2+ years of experience on Adobe Experience Platform
  • 5+ years of SQL/SAS experience
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.
  • Good understanding of Campaign Lifecycle and familiarity with MarTech platforms
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new capabilities and interfaces in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proven experience in customer data analysis, troubleshooting & interpretation.
  • Experience with workflow tools JIRA, Aprimo or similar project management tools.
  • Willingness and aptitude for learning with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
