About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Agent
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex security initiatives and deliverables within Corporate Security area which requires regular on-site presence at a Wells Fargo facility before, during, or after standard business hours until incident is resolved, and the location is cleared by law enforcement or senior Corporate Security leadership
- Contribute to large-scale planning, investigations, and risk assessments of properties and criminal incidents related to functional area deliverables
- Review moderately complex security services challenges that require comprehensive investigations and in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Conduct site-based security assessments and assist on-site with special events
- Provide comprehensive communications to management relative to significant security incidents, enhancements, and projects
- Follow written procedures for assigned duties, and proactively identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities
- Leverage solid understanding of security functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Complete frequent safety and security trainings and site assessments at all retail locations, both proactively and reactively
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, mid-level managers, and Centers of Excellence to resolve moderately complex security issues and lead team to meet functional area deliverables; may lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff
- Serve as primary business partner contact with Corporate Security with limited exposure to business partner management

- 4+ years of Corporate Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Valid government driver's license, working personal automobile and current automobile insurance
- In office expectations of a minimum of four days a week at different sites as needed while maintaining a permanent office in an assigned high-density building. The assigned office location may change as Wells Fargo's facility portfolio shifts over time
- For international, in office expectations for a minimum of three days a week as needed
- Ability to travel on average 35% of the time including weekends and holidays, occasionally with little to no advance notice
