The Operations Analytics team provides best in class operations analytics by providing dashboard solutions in Frauds and claims management, customer services, bankers performance and Atm and vendor to help our business to get better insights, optimized query with clear communication and disciplined practices; and attracting, developing, and retaining rich global talent with strong analytical and innovation capabilities to deploy key business initiatives, projects, and processes.

About the Role

In this role, you will:
  • Develop analytic insights to support Fraud & Claims Management and its partners regarding prevention, detection, and recovery activities. This may include routine analysis, KPI development, dashboard development and migration as well as ad-hoc analysis.
  • Provide analytical support for key product, channel & competitive changes through a fraud lens, measuring impacts and identifying trends to help monitor and identify risks.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain anomalous activity control reports to fraud detection partners.
  • Serve as a valuable resource to the other members of the team while promoting knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Analytics experience in one, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • BS/BTech degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, economics, statistics, engineering, physics
  • 4+ years of SAS (e.g. Enterprise Guide or Enterprise Miner or Base SAS)
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL with Teradata or Oracle
  • 5+ Years of Experience with tableau and PowerBI
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of fraud prevention & detection process in a financial service environment.
  • 8+ years of experience producing Data Analytics/Data Visualization and Reporting:
    • 4+ years hands on experience in SQL with Teradata, Oracle, Google Cloud Platform. Expertise should be Intermediate to (preferably) Advanced level.
    • 4+ years hands on experience in SAS (e.g., Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner, Base SAS) development. Expertise should be Intermediate to (preferably) Advanced level.
    • 4+ years of experience in developing interactive dashboards with BI Tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
  • Experience in using Jira for managing work requests and Confluence for dynamic documentation.
  • Experience multiple, complex projects simultaneously throughout the analytical lifecycle.
  • Experience in gathering and writing business requirements, documentation, and test scripts.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and demonstratable strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver complex analytical findings through senior management level communications.
  • Engage with cross culture team members and stakeholders.
