About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking for Senior Analytics Consultants to develop new analysis presented through business intelligence tools for commercial banking sales personnel. Utilizing multiple sourcing and with interaction with stakeholders across the enterprise, a successful candidate will work independently and in teams to create innovative perspectives for sales teams to consume, including: performance against goals, next best opportunities, share of existing client's wallet, share of overall market, pipeline health, and other KPIs that influence growth that benefits our customers and our business. Candidates will need to be able to work in a large organization with complex data environments and must be able to navigate business intelligence tools with urgency and capability.

In this role, you will:
  • Delivering- value through formulating and solving complex problems, supporting advanced know-how theory and practice
  • Provide analysis and insights using statistical tools, optimization, develop algorithm to synthesize large data sets
  • Apply critical thinking skills and perform advanced analytics with the goal of solving complex and multi-faceted business problems.
  • Generate deep insights through the analysis of data and understanding of operational processes and turn them into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders in the development of key business reporting (e.g. Business Review dashboard, Sales Productivity dashboards etc.) and optimal delivery channels for the distribution of the reporting solutions
  • Ensure robust routines with stakeholders and senior executives to share progress of key initiatives and report outs on mutually agreed KPIs for the team
  • Determine appropriate strategy to plan, coordinate, and execute data research projects or results oriented intelligence that support the business
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers to provide strategic consultation
  • Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements
  • Interpret and develop compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives for external agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry forums
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of business or technology management experience
  • Deeper understanding of Microsoft technology stack (power apps, power BI, Azure data stack) with relevant Microsoft certifications
  • 5+ years of Power BI experience with certifications
  • Experience in business analytics, agile development methodologies, developing business tools and products.
  • Should span the spectrum of strategic thinking, execution, and supporting business production needs.
  • Relationship building with partner groups and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Business Analysis and defining Requirements, Data analysis, Data Quality Management, Conformance and Governance
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
