About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Growth Strategy Senior Manager to support development of sales activation strategies and content delivery in Sales Enablement as part of the National Sales Team for the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will:
- Analyze and recommend enablement solutions and tools that align with organizational initiatives, business needs, and outcomes that tie to sales effectiveness
- Oversee the identification of client success stories, benchmarks, and other actional client insights. Coordinate target lists for client engagements and sales-driven campaign target lists
- Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to inform marketing, training, and product activation strategy
- Develop buyer personas, identify content gaps, and measure content effectiveness
- Design and implement outreach strategies to improve demand generation (email marketing, automated lead triggers, etc)
- Continuously identify and implement new tools, processes, and strategies to enhance sales team performance
- Provides strategic leadership in driving the adoption of technologies, tools, and processes. Acts as primary business process champion for technology and tool implementations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team and establish a culture of collaboration and ongoing process improvement through clear performance expectation setting and coaching
- Partner with sales teams to make them more efficient and effective
- Provide insights into performance by identifying key areas of opportunity
- Proactively work with the teams they support to execute sales training
- Proactively work with the teams they support to improve their understanding and usage of key sales enablement tools
- Partner with data & analytics team to identify areas of need for additional performance management metrics
- Identify strategy for how to leverage sales activation materials and support execution of tactics to deliver to bankers

- 6+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 6+ years of Commercial Banking experience in a client facing sales role
- Demonstrated experience coaching and leading sales leaders to meet performance initiatives in adopting sales processes/methods
- Proven ability to lead change, obtain buy-in, and create a forwarding thinking team
- Experience driving large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research and analysis, and building the business and operational plans
- Demonstrated experience developing and building learning strategies and frameworks to support new hire and continuous learning programs
- Demonstrated analytic skills related to pipeline management and forecasting
- Demonstrated experience in performing productivity analysis, identifying insights that can be communicated to both Sales and Sales Enablement teams to build solutions
- Professional written and verbal communication skills

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
