In this role you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Lead or participate in providing product support for Customer Service Management platform and technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems across multiple systems.
  • Contribute to the development of systems, controls and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements.
  • Evaluate simple to moderately complex, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation and/or testing effort.
  • Partner with Product team, business stakeholders, technology teams, testing teams to evaluate moderately complex issues, defects and other problems to provide comprehensive technology solutions.
  • Act as an internal consultant for technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • Collaborate and consult with product (business and technology) teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between product, business and technology teams.
Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Analyst or technology related Quality Assurance (QA) testing or engineering/developer experience and overall experience of 7+ Years
  • Ability to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders in Business & Technology teams like Architecture, Line of Business, Information Security, and Application Developers/SMEs while developing technical solutions to business problems
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy along with ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
  • Ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Agile and Jira experience in large, regulated organizations
Desired Qualification
  • Knowledge and experience of Financial services and Banking industry including products, systems, processes, and data
  • Demonstrated track record of successful definition and delivery of data-oriented insights solutions
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business leaders
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Equally comfortable with business products and solutions as with direct data movement and analytic techniques
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methods and Confluence and JIRA tools suite
  • Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word / MS Visio)
