Responsibilities

Reporting to the Product Management, the Product Analyst will collaborate with the Development and Product Management teams on product requirements, design, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies. Participate in business case development, market research, and competitive intelligence analysis. Develop business requirements and collaborate in the translation of business requirements into technical requirements. Define system and functional requirements.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Gathers information from internal and external stakeholders to document functional, system, and data requirements.
  • Collaborates with Development and Quality Assurance team members to create detailed functional and technical specifications for development of new or modifications of existing applications.
  • Follow-up with team members to ensure that the solution delivered meets the initial requirements.
  • Perform product validation for new features and work with Quality Assurance team to create test plans and provide input for testing strategy.
  • Create documentation for internal and external parties describing product changes.
  • Organize product demos for sales, pre-sales, clients and partners.

Required Experience:

  • 2-5 years of business analysis or relevant experience.
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or relevant experience in the capital markets/financial software.
  • Ability to work with multiple assets classes (Interest Rates, Forex, Equity, Credit) and financial models.
  • Financial knowledge related to market risk is a plus (VaR, Stress Test, Backtest, Sensitivity reports).
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
