In this role, you will:
- Supervise entry to mid level roles in the development of training programs that are transactional or tactical, less complex, and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in Talent Management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in establishing the training programs and less complex functions
- Make supervisory and tactical decisions
- Resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of management, leveraging interpretation of Talent Management policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid level managers
- Interact directly with external customers
- Build relationships with third party training providers and work closely with all leaders companywide to have a full understanding of the training requirements
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Learning and Development - Facilitation
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
