Job Role and Responsibility:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Operations Engineer. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform Support Lead for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). Specialized skillset required for BluePrism and UIPath RPA Tools as these are the tools/technologies leveraged by the CCIBT RPA solutions. This role leads the RPA Platform Support Team which provides L1, L2 levels and responds to incidents, production issues. The RPA Platform Support lead will drive complex, broad impact initiatives including provision of high level systems consultation for the technology teams. Work as a key participant in large scale planning of RPA computer systems and network infrastructure for Systems Operations functional area. Review and analyze complex technical challenges, as well as escalated support issues related to core business solutions that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors, such as alternatives, enhancements, periodic systems reviews, or improvements to existing systems. Make decisions on technical changes and enhancements. Consult with engineering team on change design requiring solid understanding of technical process controls or standards that influence and drive new initiatives. Collaborate and consult with technical peers, colleagues, and mid to more experienced level managers to resolve systems support issues and achieve goals. The unique skills required are leadership, in-depth (vertical and horizontal) technical knowledge on RPA technologies as well as advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities. These skills are key for providing subject matter expertise to the CCIBT RPA Platform Team in the way of technical expertise, analysis, integration testing and production support for our RPA functionality while also providing direction and collaboration for project delivery. Appropriately structures the timelines, tasks and the leveraging of resources further strengthens teamwork among the platform team members as well as guarantees delivering and supporting CBIA bots to meet commercial business groups SLAs. Position requires in depth understanding of technology project management experience, strategic planning experience, change management, Intelligent Automation Tools like Blue prism, UiPath, Apache KafKa messaging, Process designing, Automation, managing geographically distributed diverse teams. telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.
Specific skills required:
5 years of technology project management experience.
5 years of change management experience.
4 years of Agile experience.
3 years of experience with systems architecture and design.
3 years of Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
3 years of UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
2 years of Process designing, Visio workflows.
