About the team:
As the Revenue Operations, GTM Systems Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing Maven Clinic’s Go-To-Market (GTM) tools, systems, and processes. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will align business objectives with system capabilities, driving efficiency and improving sales outcomes while ensuring operational excellence and scalability as Maven Clinic expands its platform and services. This role will focus on Salesforce and associated tools, while collaborating with teams to improve workflows, enhance data accuracy, and drive strategic insights.
As a Revenue Analytics Lead at Maven, you will:
- GTM Systems Optimization: Design and implement scalable workflows across platforms like Salesforce, Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesloft, Gainsight, Ironclad, and more to address process gaps and improve efficiency
- Systems Integration & Automation: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate platforms and automate workflows, reducing manual tasks and improving accuracy
- Data Management & Reporting: Partner with the Business Intelligence team to maintain data integrity and develop reports, dashboards, and models that support forecasting, decision-making, and growth
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to align GTM processes with strategic goals, delivering actionable insights
- Process Documentation & Improvement: Document workflows, maintain system configurations, and continuously optimize processes to support organizational goals
- Vendor & Tool Management: Oversee vendor relationships, evaluate tool performance using key metrics, control costs, and explore new solutions to identify improvement areas and maximize ROI.
- Sales Enablement & Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage system changes effectively while providing tools, resources, and training to ensure smooth transitions, system adoption, and enablement across GTM teams
We’re looking for you to bring:
- Experience: 5-8+ years in Revenue Operations or Business Systems roles, focusing on GTM tools, processes, and systems
- Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, integration, and reporting. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst) are highly preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesloft, and automation tools. Experience with automation platforms like Workato or Zapier is a plus
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated success in streamlining workflows and implementing process enhancements to drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Expertise in managing projects using Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering on time and meeting goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a mission-driven organization
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello
For candidates in NYC the salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 per year. You may also be entitled to receive a bonus, stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our Engineering & Product teams primarily operate from Seattle, WA, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and the New York Metropolitan area, NY. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). This policy aims to balance remote work flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.
